This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pinellas County, FL. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, FL.
Amendments
Lunatic Graphix LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated version of this Agreement will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
