    Thank you for shopping at LunaticGraphix.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

     

    Returns

    1.1 Eligibility

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, certain products, such as personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for return due to their unique nature. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

     

    1.2 Timeframe

     

    You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

     

    Return Process

    2.1 Initiation

     

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email within the eligible timeframe. Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.

     

    2.2 Return Authorization

     

    Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning.

     

    2.3 Shipping

     

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is received by us.

     

    Refunds

    3.1 Inspection and Processing

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

    3.2 Refund Options

     

    If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

     

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for any price differences between the exchanged items.

     

    Damaged or Defective Items
